Coach Link , a self-financing non-profit-making platform, was initiated and registered in Hong Kong by ICF Master Coach (MCC) Ms. Wu Yongyi and a group of coaches who are passionate with coaching technology in 2014.

Coach Link has held various online and offline activities in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu in 2018.  Among them, (Coaching 100) 100 coaches offline activities in 2018 won the 2008 International Coaching Week awarded by ICF Shanghai Branch (ICW Spirit Award), (Communication Award), (Coach Talk) Live Broadcasting on the road to growth, and more than 34,000 people clicked and watched.

Coaching Coffee

Every weekend offline activities, for coaches, prospective coaches and people interested in coaching technology, small salons, including guest interaction, guest sharing, on-site coaching, sharing, summary and other links. Through frank exchanges and sharing, participants are guided to constantly explore inward, find the key problems and solutions, and actively take action to achieve better personal development. At the same time, it provides strong support for the growth of professional coaches.

Coach and Body

Vivid experience offline activities. Release ourselves, awaken the body’s awareness (+potential), subtract the restrictive beliefs in the mind (-interference), listen to our inner voice through dance and body, and feel the wisdom of dance and body.

Metaphor Workshop

A novel experiential workshop combining drama and coaching, where students are guided by their mentors to integrate games and performances, opens another window of self-awareness.

Hundred Coaches

The ICW (International Coaching Week) event was held from April 29th to May 5th, 2019. The event will invite professional coaches of different genres to share and exchange, and there will be one-to-one coaching session, through which we can find better and unknown ourselves. Since its establishment, the coaches have successfully held four sessions of 100-person coaching activities, which are devoted to “experience better oneself and witness one’s potential”. The purpose of this activity is to enable the public to experience coaches more directly and profoundly, and to open a window and build a bridge for the dissemination of coaching culture.

China Coaching Day

In order to promote the better development of China’s coaching industry, improve the influence of the coaching industry, help more people in need, life affects life. The first “China Coach Day” was successfully held on December 2nd. During the event, it was supported by many schools, coaching organizations and recognized by coaches. December is the last month of the year. It is the beginning of the new year’s planning and the summary of the past year. So we set the first Sunday in December as China Coaching Day.

Coach Link’ Membership Rights and Interests

In order to optimize and upgrade the coach platform in an all-round way, in 2017, the coach introduced the membership system, hoping that a more comprehensive and promising service class will affect the life of the coach technology lovers and beneficiaries.

All membership fees will be used for the operating costs of coaches, and the promotion fees of 100 coaches in ICF International Coach Week each year will support the operation of coaches at their own expense.

Free participation in all online micro classes

Individual members and enterprise members participate in all online micro-classes free of charge. Excellent coaches serve as sharing guests, sharing different categories of coaching technology applied to work, life and entrepreneurship, as well as practical coaching theories and methods.

9% discount for 4 off-line public welfare classes per year

Four off-line public welfare classes a year (e.g. metaphor, potential awareness (PPA), U theory application, relationship approach, acceptance and commitment, etc.), members can enjoy a 9% discount on the price, and some of the profits after class are donated to coaches; they can participate in off-line quality classes free of charge to see the MCC master class on-site coaches.

Enjoy a coaching service worth ¥500-¥1000 an hour

Members without professional coaching background can enjoy a coaching service of 500-1000 yuan an hour after each offline activity (quasi-ACC/ACC service). They can follow up the knowledge and perception of offline learning and land pragmatically. If they decide to choose coaching service in the future, they can enjoy a 9% discount.

Establishment of Scholarship System

Priority for sharing guests

ICF members who sign up for coach membership can be given priority as sharing guests in micro-classes or coaches. Sharers and their content will be evaluated by the regional committee.

ICF members and coaches can recommend their courses on the platform.

ICF members and coaches are welcome to recommend their courses on the coaches’platform, but they must be assessed by the coaches’ regional committee, and some of the profits after the start of the course will be donated to the coaches.

Business owners or general managers of enterprise members can enjoy a free consultation service to enterprises, which is worth 5,000 yuan an hour.
