Enrichment has the first ICF recognized 275-hour coaching practice (ACTP) original Chinese professional coaching development program (PCP), which is in line with the international coaching system and aims to become the cradle of excellent professional coaches in China.
Curriculum System
The training programs developed by Enrichment, such as Corporate Coach Certification Program, Coach Mentor Program, Team 360, Metaphor, Relationship, etc., support students’ continuous learning, and most of them have obtained the CCE (Continuing Coach Education) certification of ICF.
