The first Chinese original coach course system certified by ICF

Enrichment’s coaching course is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

In 2012, Professional Coach Program(PCP)for coaching leadership was recognized by ICF for 72 hours.

In 2015, the recognized hours by ICF has increased to 238 hours.

In 2019, the recognized hours by ICF has increased to 275 hours.

Enrichment’ PCP (Professional Coach Program) Professional Coach certification Program is the first original Chinese language Program to be recognized by the International Coach Federation as the accredited 275-hour coach training practice (ACTP).

In 2017, Enrichment’s courses has been accredited by ICF as the highest level of certification courses (ACTP, Accredited Coach Training Program). Enrichment is nominated to assess the level of students. Students who pass the assessment can apply for PCC directly to ICF.

Student development

Professional coach can carry out individual or team coaching, or be the head coach for Enrichment’s ICF-certified coaches.

Two-stage curriculum planning

PCP Phase One Learning Objective:

  • Learn coaching theory and learn to use coaching tools;
  • Systematically understand the coach’s philosophy and effectiveness;
  • Use coaching skills at work to improve their leadership, become an in-house coach, and support team growth.

The program is suitable for:

  •  those who want to become a professional coach, corporate coach, or parent coach
  • those who want to breakthrough management bottleneck and develop their leadership
  • those who wants to improve their leadership training, talent development and team development
  • those already practicing coaching or are in psychology-related work

PCP two-stage learning objectives:

  • Continuously helping others achieve their goals through the practice of serving paid customers;
  • Practice, practice, and practice again, proceed from practice, reflection, adjustment, and practice, and deepen the use of coaching tools;
  • Accumulate 100 hours of coach service time (75 hours paid + 25 hours free), practice as a professional coach, apply for ICF international certification coach, help more people grow!

  • The third module of PCP coaching leadership development program, “Emotional Intelligence,”will give you the three steps of emotional transformation: Cognition, Understanding, and Guidance.

1. To master the addition and subtraction of emotions, understand the sources, methods and solutions of conflicts, so as to make the team coaching techniques more effective and support the growth of team members;

3. To learn “emotion and coach”, turn crisis into opportunity, and strengthen team cohesion.

Background

The Team Addition and Subtraction Workshop is the 4th module of the PCP Coaching Leadership Development Program. Through participating the simulation of ancient wars, each participant will be aware of his own thinking and behavior patterns and also team members’ behaviour patterns. This can help to find out whether these behaviours are add or subtracting for the team’s development.

No matter leaders, managers or ordinary professionals, they are inseparable from the team, Team is an important foundation for personal success and it is also the reason for the existence of leaders.There are addition and subtraction methods in team relations. In a team where conflict is greater than cooperation, 1+1<2, individual addition and subtraction methods will turn into internal friction, and even become a destructive force that will harm the corporation. As a result, distinguishing between additions and subtractions in a team can lead to better performance and a better team.

Important Notes:
1. Adjustment to date, time or mode (online/in person) might have to be made with short notice due to practical situation such as COVID or government announced holidays or day offs

3. Current PCP Level 2 students can register and attend the “DiSC and Coaching” elective for free (have to pay ¥545 assessment tool fee). Class will go ahead if more than 10 registers and open to non-current PCP students to register
