CCCP corporate coaching certification program allows students to look at everything from customers to enterprises through intensive courses, then to enter the actual business to practice and learn in order to comprehensively improve students’ corporate coaching quality, and help enterprises to face the era of VUCA with a clearer direction in management, communication, strategy and other aspects!
CCCP Corporate Coaching Certification Program is one of the Enrichment’s new service projects which aims to create an innovative experiential corporate coaching course and provide more corporate platforms for students to improve and learn the “Tao” and techniques of corporate coaching. We hope students can be inspired and apply these knowledge to their own companies.

The Certified Corporate Coach Program has become a 17.75 CCE (Continuing Coach Education) hours Certified by the ICF.
Course description
To cultivate professional corporate coaches that clients and third parties are willing to work with.
- To be well prepared and be able to coach corporate clients more professionally through in-class discussions and field practice
- To manage complicated relationships between all parties in the corporation in order to build up a long-term working relationship with the clients
- Implanting coaching technology into real-life projects in order to be well-prepared for promoting from corporate coach to coaching program organizer
- Establish a professional corporation coaching enhancement plan for yourself through the guidance in class
- Outstanding graduates will have opportunities to be a contracted corporate coach for leadership students and project partners of Enrichment to promote the implantation of coaching technology into corporations.
