Train Coaching Trainer Program -TCTP

Cultivating an excellent team of professional coaching tutors, promoting the dissertation of coaching skills inside and outside the enterprises, and supporting talented people in the enterprises who will arouse their potential and make great contributions.

Course Objective

TCTP project is a coaching-styled mentor training program. It is designed to cultivate more excellent coaching-styled mentors and project partners to boost the level of the Chinese coaching training market and to make progress together. It also aimed to cultivate and build up an outstanding team of coaching-styled mentors, to promote the importance of coaching technology towards enterprises internally and externally and to support the talents in the company to exert their potentials in order to contribute the company.

Curriculum Highlights

ICF certified master coach MCC Wu Yong yi will be teaching the enterprise version of “coaching communication” experience workshop.
Enrichment will provide all the electronic internal training materials to coaching-styled mentors where students can experience Ms. Ng’s live coaching, so as to improve their self-teaching ability and coaching ability.
The project will last for 2 years. Students will be forming groups and give feedbacks regularly to support each others’ growth.
Coaching-styled mentor be given priority to participate in the internal training program of Enrichment and become Enrichment’s project partner
